Where a referral comes from a GP or other Health Practitioner a letter of referral is always helpful. Patients/clients may, of course, contact the Centre directly if they prefer to do so.

An ‘Initial Assessment’ appointment will be offered as soon as possible. Therapy sessions take place at the Relate Dacorum’s Centre in Hemel Hempstead, usually once each week, clients see the same therapist each week.

Relate Dacorum relies on payments from clients to keep our services open to all. We expect clients to pay for services according to income, but the service received is not affected by the amount paid, At the first meeting, the therapist will discuss with the client(s) how much they can afford to pay for each session.
